MARKETPLACE & FOOD VENDOR GUIDELINES

We would love to have you be a part of the Celebration!

The Latrobe 4th of July Celebration is a free community event hosting thousands of visitors at Legion-Keener Park in Latrobe, PA. Past vendors and food trucks have exclaimed they have done “phenomenally well” and that it’s their “favorite event of the year!”

Available Dates and Times: Thursday, July 4: 12:00pm-9:00pm

Friday, July 5: 12:00pm-7:00pm

Cost:

FOOD VENDORS: $150 per day or $250 for both days

MARKETPLACE VENDORS: $50 per day or $75 for both days

SETUP TIMES: Setup is available starting the night before the first day of the Celebration on Thursday, July 3 at 6:00pm. Please note that anything left overnight, including the evening of July 4, is done so at your own risk.

Setup is also available the morning of July 4. Please note that due to the parade, many of the roads will be closed so you may want to allow extra time. If you are only setting up for July 5, setup is available on the 5th starting at 9:00am.

-Your tent and setup is able to stay overnight, at your own risk.

-Please make sure you bring everything you need. The only thing that will be supplied for you is your space. For Food Vendors, IF you need electricity, please let us know.

-You are responsible for all clean up and it should be done nightly.

-Parking: We will make sure you can drive your vehicle in for setup but otherwise, you will need to move your car to a parking area. A map of available spots will be sent to you.

-On Thursday, July 4, the fireworks show will kick off at 9:30pm. As safety is our top priority, please do not leave the area until after the fireworks show.

-All persons must be out of their spaces by 10:30 pm.

For anyone selling food: A certificate of insurance needs to be provided that shows you have product liability coverage, covering Latrobe 4th of July Celebration

By registering, you agree all rules and regulations will be observed by you and any representatives. In submitting your registration, you declare that you will release and hold harmless the Latrobe 4th of July Celebration and all partner organizations such as The Latrobe Parks and Recreation, The City of Latrobe, from all claims, liabilities, responsibilities, losses, or damages to person or property arising because of of negligence or otherwise. If there is a breach, the Latrobe 4th of July Celebration reserves the right to remove you from the premises.

All payments must be paid in full by June 15.
